Homemade Gel Electrophoresis/Edible DNA! in Splash Fall 2023
Science experiments get more and more expensive! This isn't fair to ordinary people like you and me. In this class, I will show you how to extract slimy DNA from bananas and I will guide you through the process of building your own Gel Electrophoresis experiment! Without all the fancy stuff of course. Join me and I'll show you what you can do with just a little bit of creativity!

Ever want to eat DNA? You do every day! But you ever want to see and touch a big glob of it? You can here! In this class you will participate in a DNA lab exercise consisting of smashing fruit. You will also be learning about what DNA is and why we can do what we're doing.
